Salute the end of the Seafarers Summer Series with The Galley rooftop oyster bar serving bubbles with the best of the sea.

The Seafarers Summer Series is at an end and what a series it has been, with a pop up of eight outstanding activations on the Seafarers rooftop at Britomart. Essentially the ethos was simple; good food, beautiful wine and an experience outside of the norm.

Seafood connoisseurs won’t want to miss the finale of this popular summer series, with the marriage of oysters and champagne giving the ultimate evening celebration. Whether you enjoy your oysters with a mignonette sauce, or a simple squeeze of lemon juice is your call, but on the night chefs Fred Wong (Ebisu), Josh Emett (Rata/Madam Woo), Yukio Ozeki (Azabu) and Cobus Klopper (Ostro) will be designing their own unique oyster condiments for The Galley oyster bar.

Enjoy the best of the Bluff, bubbles and evening entertainment as you take in the breathtaking views over the Waitemata Harbour.

The Galley is held until April 7 with tickets priced at $40 per person.
