Westpac on Takutai Square is the head office complex of Westpac New Zealand. It comprises one 10-level tower fronting Takutai Square and the adjacent Charter Customs Building, connected by airbridges across Galway Street.

The second 10-level tower fronting Takutai Square is the Ernst & Young Building, home to the New Zealand head office of Ernst & Young. The two towers are bridged at the top by three crosswise floors, also occupied by Westpac, creating a high covered internal space. This space is home to upmarket shopping and food gallery Atrium on Takutai.

Sometimes informally called the East Complex, the two towers and the Atrium were designed by international award-winning architects Johnson Pilton Walker. Both the Ernst & Young and Westpac towers have been awarded New Zealand Green Building Council five-star ratings, placing them among the most environmentally-friendly buildings in New Zealand.

The northern element of Westpac on Takutai Square is occupied at ground level by the luxury fashion and beauty stores of Atrium on Takutai.
