Celebrate Cinco de Mayo this year by learning to master everyone’s favourite cocktail – the margarita. Ole!

Mexico Britomart has long wowed us with their crafty cocktails, putting a spin on the traditional margarita that makes your tastebuds sing. In addition to the trusty lime and tequila standard, combos like passionfruit and vanilla, black plum and cinnamon, and mango and red chilli mean there really is a margarita for every mood.

If “tequila expert” is something you’ve always wanted to add to your CV, now’s your chance to step behind the curtain and learn the tricks.

This Cinco de Mayo, learn all the trade secrets at Mexico’s Margarita Masterclass. Cinco de Mayo means “the fifth of May” and is a day of celebration in Mexico. Co-hosted by Jose Cuervo, the night will be filled with hot tips on how to make the best margaritas in town – and you’ll get to sip your way through class. Tickets are $35 and also include food fresh out of the Mexico kitchen too, so your night is sorted.
