Freshly minted action sports store Co-Lab on Tyler Street gets its name from a unique collaboration: between top brands Nike, Converse and Hurley. It’s the only place in Australasia you’ll find them all in one place, and it makes for one rad collection.

Alongside great ranges of surf, skate and snow fashion, there are boards and hardware from top brands Penny, Santa Cruz, Powell-Peralta and Independent, and the store will carry snowboards and boots in season.

Owner Bryan Eible, also the man behind Nike Britomart at Atrium on Takutai and Black Box at Takapuna’s Department Store, says Co-Lab is designed as a sophisticated take on a surf, skate and snow shop.

“It’s a store for guys in their 20s, 30s and 40s who live the lifestyle and want a cool place to shop,” says Bryan. “It’s old school with a new school flavour!”
