Breakfast and a well-brewed beverage – two sustainable businesses are rounding off Better September this Friday at Takutai Square.

For the month of September we’ve seen a bunch of great businesses showcase their products and services at Britomart – all sharing the same ethos of doing business, but also doing good at the same time.

ALL GOOD BANANAS

All Good Bananas is 100% New Zealand owned and operated, and like the organic Fairtrade farmers they deal with, they’re a business that makes a difference. They believe ‘fairtrade’ shouldn’t be a special term. They think all businesses should be fair. Their bananas come from the El Guabo cooperative of small farmers in Ecuador because theyknow that they do more than just fair trading, they make a difference to the lives of growers, their kids, our kids and the land. Pick up a free banana on your way to the office today – All Good will be at Takutai Square from 7-9am.

BATCHWELL

What is kombucha you ask? (but not out loud – you don’t want to look uncool). Well, it’s a naturally bubbly probiotic tea. Batchwell kombucha is proudly brewed in Auckland. It’s raw and refreshing and Batchwell’s unique organic tea blend is handcrafted. This Friday, Batchwell will be at Takutai Square between 12-2pm, giving away samples of their brew which comes in three flavours – beetroot, braeburn and pineapple and ginger.
