Smooth tunes, tasty fare, and views of the winter waves make Dinner and a Show a must-attend event at Ostro. Enter now for a chance to win a double pass to this Sunday’s opening night.
Ostro has long been celebrated for its Kiwi take on international brasserie-style cuisine, so it’s appropriate that the restaurant should tap into the talents of some international calibre performers for the return of Dinner and a Show.
Launching this Sunday July 23 with a guest set by Iva Lamkum, the Mt Difficulty Dinner and a Show is a monthly event that will also see Bella Kalolo (August 20), Boh Runga (September 17), Jason Kerrison (October 22) and Greg Johnson (November 19) take the stage.
Executive Chef Josh Emett and Head Chef Daniel Na have worked in close collaboration with each artist to create a menu that reflects their taste and aesthetic. Each four-course menu ($150pp) will be presented while the performers are on stage, with punters being able to soak up the flavours and sounds while taking in a sea view that may be the best in Auckland.
To celebrate the start of Dinner and a Show, Mt Difficulty has prepared a complimentary glass on arrival to kick start the evening. Fancy a wine pairing? Ostro has you covered for the evening with a Mt Difficulty wine match for an additional $50 pp. If that’s not enough to tempt you, Puhoi Valley will also launch its new Cellar Range, with a selection of award winning cheeses added to the menu for a cheese course worth saving room for.
Ostro is a superb setting in which you can relax and enjoy great hearty food and extraordinary music. Come together with friends and family and share this special experience. Tickets can be purchased here, because after all, Sundays are worth celebrating.
