Better Burger offers just four burger options: hamburgers, cheeseburgers, double cheeseburgers and veggie burgers. Prices range from $5 to $6.50 for a burger – or $11 to $12.50 for a combo – while hand-cut fries will set you back a mere $4, and classic shakes a humble fiver.
Despite its fast-food prices, Better Burger delivers on quality, with Chef Dan Smith using organic, locally-sourced ingredients like Curious Croppers tomatoes, North Island Angus beef and buns from cult Auckland bakery Bread & Butter.
Better Burger is open from midday till midnight – or later – seven days a week, and diners are invited to enjoy their Better Burgers with a drink next door within the spacious surrounds of Britomart Country Club's courtyard.
