Ice cream and alcohol come together this weekend to create adult-only desserts that are almost too good to be true.

Join chief Ice Cream Surgeon, Jessica Mentis of Mentis Studios for an unforgettable sweet soirée.

For one weekend only, the rooftop at Seafarers will be transformed into a modern day ‘Soda Fountain’ taking inspiration from the original Soda Pharmacies that served up an array of tantalising beverages over the drug store counter. They were concocted by bartenders that came to be known as ‘Soda Jerks’ who all possessed a theatrical cheeky flair. The Pink Flamingo will hark back to some of the originals, and the theatrics you experience will out-do even the best of the Soda Jerks of the 1800s.
