THE NORTHERN STEAMSHIP CO. IS A RELAXED, SPACIOUS BAR VENUE WITH LOADS OF CHARACTER AND PLENTY OF ROOM TO ACCOMMODATE EVEN LARGE PARTIES.

Located in the landmark heritage building of the same name, the Northern Steamship is a large, comfortable space with all the welcoming atmosphere of a real ‘local’ bar.

Carefully preserved historic features and offbeat interior design touches give the Steamship a unique character, with numerous interesting corners and spaces to gather in and explore.

The Steamship is available for large or small lunch and dinner bookings and for group drinks any time of the afternoon or evening. The whole bar is also offered for exclusive hire for functions of up to 300 people, subject to availability.

Catering is provided by the Northern Steamship Co. kitchen team, who can tailor a menu to suit your requirements. Guests can enjoy the full Mac’s beer range as well as your selection from the Steamship’s excellent wine list.
