The mysterious hoardings in the middle of the Atrium on Takutai will go down this week to reveal a dispensary of dairy delights – yoghurt merchants White’s & Co.

White’s & Co. will serve the premium yoghurt made famous by ‘no bull’ dairy brand The Collective.

Soft serve yoghurt will be available in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, berry and mango – and offered with a choice of toppings, including seasonal syrups and compotes, chocolate goodies, hokey pokey, meringue, crumbled cookies and handmade lollies.

White’s & Co. will also dispense smoothies, fruit and yoghurt parfaits, breakfast granola with fruit and yoghurt and a changing lineup of monthly specials. Eighthirty coffee will be served on weekdays by Zoe Cole, finalist in the Auckland 2011 New Zealand Barista Championships.
 
“We created White’s & Co. because people deserve yoghurt as yoghurt should be,” says co-founder Kirk Saunders.
