Inspired by Huffer’s new campaign, L O C A L S, we take a Britomart spin on it as well as giving you the chance to win one of three $100 Huffer vouchers.
Huffer has been an Auckland local for almost 20 years and in its latest campaign, the label gives a shout out to all the people it has met along the way. We dig that, so we rounded up a few of the fine folk at Britomart below and asked them what they love about our awesome city.
As for the Huffer vouchers, head to our Facebook page and tell us your favourite Britomart local for a chance to win*.
*Winner will be announced on Monday 19 September and must have an Auckland address to qualify.
What do you do? By day, I’m a Data Manager & Integrity Specialist for Online Republic and by night, well… early mornings and lunch breaks too, I teach group fitness for Les Mills.
Best thing about living in Auckland: That no matter where you live, a beach is less than 20 minutes away. Life is actually a beach!
Favourite Britomart local: Obviously at Les Mills getting sweaty but you can also find me lurking daily at the Little Bird Unbakery getting my matcha fix (I’m obsessed).

What do you do? District Director for Kit and Ace
Best thing about living in Auckland: There are so many amazing things about living in Auckland. Gravity has pulled me back here from the UK, and then again from Melbourne, and I just love being home now. I love the city, the harbour, our beaches, the lifestyle, food, diversity, culture and the arts. We have everything here you could ever want!
Favourite Britomart local: The Kit and Ace showroom! I also absolutely love visiting my neighbours at Huffer for a Friday morning coffee, Ebisu for an evening meal, and just generally wandering around the precinct – the heritage buildings are beautiful and there are so many exciting things happening at Britomart right now.
Name: Miss Charlotte Cake
What do you do? Office Manager at Online Republic and blogger at misscharlottecake.com
Best thing about living in Auckland: It’s a melting pot of culture. I love the people, the food and the events – there’s always something happening.
Favourite Britomart local: Either scoffing chicken and waffles at Orleans or working out in one of the lunch time classes at Les Mills. They’re quite contradictory aren’t they… I guess life is all about balance.
