You’ll see firsthand what it takes to become a creator of all those lovely reds, whites and rosés – and have your say in deciding the next generation of acclaimed winemakers in New Zealand.
Naturally there’ll be wine tastings, but you’ll also savour Ostro’s delicious fare all while revelling in the brasserie’s stunning views of the Waitemata Harbour. The three-course menu of the night includes star dishes such as the Ora King salmon with pickled radish, mandarin and ponzu dressing, mushroom gnocchi with ‘Out of the Dark’ mushrooms, truffle cream, pickled onion and sage and the chocolate delice.
