Fitter, faster or stronger? Whatever your motivation – this new weekly (and free!) workout during October is for you.

Led by movers and shakers Nike Run Club coach, Lydia O’Donnell and physiotherapist, Shane Grannell, Hump Day Hard Day is a complimentary session starting next Wednesday that’s sure to get your heart pumping and help you achieve your fitness goals that much faster. This workout will provide you with lots of options depending on what stage of training you are in. Choose from three different focuses:

Stronger – Power through a mixture of body weighted HIT and strength training. You will be working with light weight to improve your overall strength. The majority of these sessions will be running specific.

Fitter – You will paced through a 5km or 10km run. You decide your distance and you decide your pace.

Faster – This is a speed session to get your heart rate up and your legs moving faster. You will be running throughout the session with a coach by your side all the way.
