La Cigale Market at Britomart kicks off this weekend and will run every Saturday and Sunday, year round. From a $5 parking deal to what delicious specialties will be available – here are five things that you need to know.

La Cigale Market at Britomart is bringing along 15 of the most loved stalls from its Parnell based big sister. This weekend, look out for acai bowls, Turkish bread and speciality chocolates.

The original La Cigale French Market and Bistro in Parnell will remain as is, with new stall holders being added from time to time. Each La Cigale Market experience will be different, so why not make a weekend of it?

All of your favourite original Britomart stall holders such as Bethany Flowers, Aotea Coffee and Pukeko Bakery will still be selling their specialities here every weekend.

La Cigale Market at Britomart is also operating on Sundays as well as Saturday. The hours are 8.30am-12.30pm on Saturday and 9am-12.30pm on Sunday.

Parking is only $5 for the market. Make any purchase at the market, get your ticket validated and you’ll get a great morning rate.
