Oaken’s Executive Chef Sam Campbell has teamed up with gin partner Sipsmith to create a fantastic offering that includes two seafood and Sipsmith gin pairings, available from 5pm every Thursday.

Baron Pamplemousse $20 

Sipsmith London Dry Gin, East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic, Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters, dill, fresh grapefruit

Paired with: Kingfish Crudo, massa de pimentao, fennel pollen, black olive – $20 for both

Red Snapper $20

Horse radish and celery seed infused Sipsmith London Dry Gin, clarified tomato water, chervil

Paired With: Fresh Te Matuku oysters, horseradish migonette – $20 for both
