The same lobster you know and love paired with Black Origin Wagyu. The highest quality breed of Wagyu famed for it’s flavour. Born of Japan and made of New Zealand. Raised on nutrient rich Canterbury grains, and high quality mineral rich water, direct from the Southern Alps.
