Britomart’s lululemon athletica has an epic lineup of 5-12 week complimentary programmes to help you achieve your fitness goals and end your week well.



An hour long workout, guaranteed to give you sweat, laughter and good eats. Powered by lululemon ambassador Stu Ross, this complimentary session offers a 1, 3 or 5k run option, with Stu taking you through proper running technique to ensure you not only smash your goals, but also improve your running and stay injury free. Each session ends with the best nibbles and brews of Britomart giving you the chance to connect with your fellow #solesquad.

Rain or shine the squad will be waiting for you outside lululemon Britomart’s store entrance at 5.30pm.

WHEN? Every Thursday for 12 weeks.



Hosted by well known martial arts champion and personal trainer Richie Hardcore and yoga guru Doug Moores, this is the ideal workout combining 30 minutes of body weight training followed by a calming 30 minute yoga session.

WHEN? Every Saturday morning from 8.30-9.30am for 8 weeks at 11 Queen Street.
