Students from Manurewa High School have brought their artistic talents to the Atrium on Takutai.
Our friends at the EY Foundation have a long-standing relationship (including a mentoring programme) with the students at Manurewa High School – and now that partnership is expressed with an exhibition of student artworks in the Atrium on Takutai. More than 20 students contributed artworks to the show, which are also being auctioned on TradeMe to raise funds for the students' educations. Photographer Joe Hockley was at the launch, where Manurewa High School's kapa haka group performed, and the students and some of their parents got to see their work – and their faces – in the atrium space. Samuel Hartnett took the portraits of the students, and Angus Muir Design created the beautiful display stands for the artworks.
