We welcome a fun new bar to the precinct - Rocketman, a retro-futuristic style hideaway tucked away down Roukai Lane next door to Caretaker. Run by the same team that operates its downstairs neighbour, Rocketman is a buzzy, light-hearted party space with a regular live jazz band, a secret karaoke room, plenty of '90s hip-hop tunes (with a dash of disco) and perhaps most importantly, excellent cocktails and a great little wine list.

There's space for private events of 20-100 people, and the staff are happy to host whisky tastings and cocktails masterclasses if you're looking for something for your guests to do. Otherwise, you can play cards at one of the cosy tables as you sip your drinks and nod along to the music, Wednesdays to Saturdays, 5pm to 2am (or a little later if the bar crew are in the mood).
